Karl Piswanger is a co-founder with Peter Pendl and has been the managing director of Dr. Pendl & Dr. Piswanger (P&P) with a focus on building up the P&P Group in Austria, Slovakia and Hungary.
More than three decades of in-depth experience in Austria and Eastern Europe in the areas of training, (communication, marketing, organization, management) personnel and organizational development, coaching of top managers and in the implementation of assessment centers make him a highly valued and indispensable senior at P&P.
Karl Piswanger is a trained trainer and coach, a doctor of psychology, anthropologist and sociologist and completed his extensive - technical and technical - education with a further degree in African Studies/Tropical Agriculture.
A variety of teaching activities at the Danube University in Krems, at the University of Vienna, the WIFI Vienna, the FH Vienna and other educational institutions as well as numerous publications in management and personnel magazines on the subjects of HR and leadership complete and illustrate his rich professional activity.
In 2014 he was awarded an honorary professorship by the Danube University Krems.
