Curriculum Vitae
Norbert Etz joined P&P 2005 just before graduating in Business IT and Management Consulting at the University of Applied Sciences in Wiener Neustadt, Austria. He originally started as Assistant to Peter Pendl and went through various roles in the organization. He is supporting his clients with digitalization and efficiency trainings, Assessments, Investors in People Consulting and Organisational Development. Additionally, he is responsible for all internal procedures and processes from IT over finance to purchasing. Norberts focus is on continuously digitalizing P&P, making the service delivery faster and improving quality all the time.
Next to P&P, Norbert is Member of the National Board of AFS, a volunteer orgnisation dedicated to Intercultural learning. He enjoys climbing, skiing and hiking, and spending time with his family.
